Replacing cereals in animal feed is challenging, because besides providing nutritional value, the cereals also make the pellets stronger. Therefore, in the project ‘Pelleting in the circular agriculture’ the aim is to make high-quality feed pellets using a large share of by-products instead of cereals. The knowledge gathered during this project is disseminated via e-learning modules and workshops.
